Red Card Certification

The Red Card certification course is the required course for individuals who want to work on a wild land fire as a firefighter or medical personnel. The course is a four day, 40 hour course that will introduce the student to wildfire behavior and safety. The course concludes with the arduous pack test, which requires the student to complete 3 miles, while carrying 45 pounds, in under 45 minutes.
